Lance Christian Wells is a native Houstonian who graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance in 1985. He then started a firearms company “Big Bang Guns,” and continues with that endeavor until this day along with running a full-time criminal defense practice. Lance graduated Cum Laude from the Detroit College of Law in Detroit, Michigan in 1991.

Lance accepts cases on direct communication from potential clients as well as referrals from attorneys throughout the United States.

Lance has authored numerous legal articles and brought about significant changes in the law concerning criminal defendants rights and search and seizure and has numerous reported decisions within the Alaska Supreme Court, Alaska Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Lance is married to Tammy Wells with whom he has four children. They live in Anchorage Alaska.

Lance has been a member of the State Bar of Alaska since 1992 and the Texas Bar since 2005. Mr. Wells has further been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States District Court District of Alaska, United States District Court Southern District of Texas, Texas Supreme Court and the Alaska Supreme Court.

Lance has successfully represented thousands of criminal defendants since 1992. He has received numerous dismissals and not guilty verdicts on both state and federal levels.
